I haven't played Final Fight 3 for SNES since I was in middle school. Things are coming back to me now. SF1 Retsu (why him? lol) looks great, I really hope you finish Maki Genryusai soon, looking forward for her release.+Nice added Specials and Hypers.+The bounces.Maybe add a Hyper with the stun rod.I know all your FF chars are 3 button characters but maybe a 4 button would be more fun IMO but that's just me.
its awesome that you are making all this retro characters, i love the idea of a Retsu, i get flashbacks of him fightig a red haired Ryu, how i wish they added him on SF4. this is a very cool idea my friend
Thanks for Lucia.Tell you about Retsu? Well,...he's bald. The existing Retsu for MUGEN has a hurricance type special move similar to the move Gouken has in sf4. He also has a counter punch, like cvs Eagle or sf3 Dudley. I can't remember what his super is.

i like the way she plays but here is a error for ya.jump in the air, and do the down, back, down, back +2 button super, she gets placed on the ground and it just looks wrong as it changes position suddenly.you should see my Lucia, i pm you Zion.

Your creations are great, I don't know what to say for the feedback, since I'm not a mugen creator.. I was hoping for you to use some of my Snes rip characters in my thread, & here's what I've got: Thug girl from Final Fight 2, & 3, Morin from Fighting Masters, & Thug girl from Ninja Warriors Again... Well, it's up to you, I just giving some suggestion for you, maybe they will help/inspire you to create new characters or adding something to your creations....
Why does she have all sorts of awesome palettes in those screenshots, and in the game all she has is her standard blue?
