Damn, Goku is a tough one with his hair, you may want to take a more simple approach to it, the detailing seems very busy and does not really fit very well.
The overall shape of his hair is pretty close to what it should be but the part that is right where his head should be is really big, you may want to cut it down a little.
the eyes are going to be kinda hard to do to because they are crucial to Toriyama's art style, I ran into a similar problem with mega man some years back but it can be done. but you have to choose if you want goku's casual eyes or his serious ones.

for Bandeiras Hattori his bandana is looking pretty good, the only things I can say is that the cel shading could be smoother and some of the shading on his hair needs to be smoother in their cel transitions.

overall, glad to see you still working on portraits, bud.

Wow, Excellent work, it's extremely close to to the style.
her hair looks great, I tried to make her several years ago and it was quite a pain to make her hair... it seams like yours is better than mine in that regard.
Please keep it up, I would love to see more from you.

Another improvement, looking better with each post while also looking different than Vanny's.

I see several improvements and what stands out the most of course are the eyes and the jawline, both looking distinctively better, to the point that you may not have to revisit them.
also something to note is that the face for yours is looking much closer to the source material while still falling in line with the 2003 style.
the overall shape of the face is good.

still more to go:

-Something to look at too is the shading under her hear on her forehead that is under the hair, based on the lighting there.
-the hair itself could get some better shaping and more volume so it doesn't look like it is flat against her head as much, you have improved it but it still needs a bit more to go from what I can tell.
-the shading on the hair is not bad but could use some more attention.
- the shadow under her lips is too large, may want to chip some pixels off the back of it because I am pretty sure her lips are not so huge that it would cause a shadow that large.

I hate to do this to you, you are making some really good progress but Vanny had already made a portrait for her many years ago.

If you knew this, than great!  Part of learning is working on stuff that exists already and comparing your work.

if not, that's crazy cause it looked like you based yours off of this one, I hope this does not deflate or slow your progress.

If you compare the two we have, it will help illustrate the point I was trying to make because I am struggling to articulate it to you.

So you got the volume in a good place, now it comes down to shading and shape of her hair and her jaw line.
speaking of the jaw, it has a good shape and is the perfect size to maintain the femininity as larger jawlines are typically a masculine trait which Elizabeth is not.

also pray close attention to the eyes and see what she has done to them, Vanny was able to make the eyes larger and fit the style while still looking very sharp and in character by carefully using light to her advantage and using several shades of the skin to form eyelids.

To be clear, I don't always agree with Vanny's shading in some places because it can look rushed, but damn she is really good at a ton of styles and picked this one up really... she made some of the best portraits in the style, even before I started on making them.

I hope this helps.

Very nice, she is on her way to to looking like she belongs in the style, keep up the good work, next thing to focus on a little more is the hair, similar to the smooshed face problem her heir is missing a little volume in the back and more volume in the front.

I also would like to state further that this improvement was very big, yes there is still more to do but this one had a lot of meaningful progress.

there have been improvements but she is still got more work to go, keep scratching the face cause its better but still smooshed and because of that she looses some definition to her faces shape.
I could be wrong, but at first glance it would seem like her mouth and nose are sitting too high for the style, but that could be as a result of the smooshedness.
play around with it a little, you can always save your progress where it is and make drastic changes.

reference

I changed the previous one to be more accurate I had to use a blurry version of the ps2 version then strunk it down to 32 by 30 px

Actually, having small portraits for all of them would be amazing.
if you were to do that, we might even put all of them in our game.

I recommend everyone to go with upfront payment, even for long wips. Is the most engaging and reliable option.

Besides you have a good reputation and you should be trustworthy.

Funny enough, my first commission was with a no-show, I even added a watermark but they simply said they were no longer interested, so that was a bust. Good thing that was my first experience though.

And don't be afraid to be flexible with your prices, even if that includes raising them if they are too detailed. Or have a simple baseline, like going with a palette of max 16 colors and human-like characters.

I second this, as someone that has worked with many people both on the send and receiving ends, upfront works best.

Not trying to sound like a dick, I promise, but I cannot tell if you are trolling or not but I will act as though you are not.

So, what would really help is a side by side comparison to any other portrait that we have posted.
The head is very "smooshed" or too flat. you might want to revisit the shape and size of her head.

This may be more help to you as it is the same character in her striker attire.
I made this one recently as I have had the full sprite set made and she needed this one:

hope it helps and you keep practicing.

Would much rather deal with a paywall over someone who makes things and never shares them.

Also, "the black heart" is totally on steam.

Hi, I'm new here, how can I upload a sprite? xD
by the way, very nice ninja turtles

you have to use a third-party site to upload your image, like Imgur or something because the guild does not store images.

I have literally uploaded a visual instruction right now and using the steps below was able to display the instructions here in this post.

Hope that helped.

like I said on deviantart, every time you post one, there are improvements that you have made and it shows, keep up the good work.

things to note:

-those glasses on v2 look pretty dope, nice work.
-something to look at would be the shadowing that should go on the forehead because it should be shadowed by the hair laying over it otherwise it makes the pixels look very jagged
-The expression looks good.
-colors look goo.
-might want to go over the scarf thing and smoothen out some of the jagged shadows.

mostly what you should be working on is looking at some of the other ones that snk has made and even some of my newer ones, I put a lot of work into making sure things are smooth and the shades transition from one to the other as seamless as I could possibly do.

Overall I am really glad you keep pursuing the style, you clearly have put in the work and improved over the years, with more practice you'll get it perfect.

I mean, the rule of thumb here for me creating portraits is that I usually would like to have it where that the character in mind at least has a KOF sprite styled sprite set attached to it.  Very rarely do I make portraits that do not have a KOF sprite styled character.
That is just me though, there may be others here that might be interested in doing it.
If that happens, I might clean them up to keep them more uniform but that is about it, I have my hands tied up with work and several other projects.

Well he asked you in that way in order to likely help you relate to people what it is that you even wanted.

After looking at your posts:

It seems that you want Windman from Megaman 6 - fair enough
In MVC style - fair enough
there is no bounty to claim set up to negotiate though and that is what this thread is about

If no one has contacted you in that time, it means that there is no one in this thread that is ether interested in the project or wants to work with you.
Happens all the time.

I have been on both sides of commissioning and being commissioned, so far though with the posts you have made about it gives me the feeling that you will likely be cheap about payment.
I could be entirely wrong but that is the feeling I get from the posts and I am giving you insight to help you.
Spriter's have to deal with unrealistic demands all the time and don't want to waste time on people that will try to be cheap, annoying, demanding or try to find faults and micro manage others... basically the stresses of being beholden to someone else.

You are the one that "wants the thing" the responsibility of being as accommodating as possible is on you and unless you are offering a ton of money, no one is going to jump on a full project.
Sometimes full sprite sheets can take years at a time, sometimes a few months, both require a commitment and you have to incentivize that commitment or people will feel trapped and disappear, especially if you are not lucky enough to find someone driven because they like your character on top of being paid.

Be realistic, make an offer, if someone is interested they will take the job or counter offer... otherwise the shit is not going to get done.
