Ahrimanes was the original author. I took out the nudity sprites so she won't be 100% perfect if you just plop this on Ahrimanes' version.

as this is my first CS there's bound to be errors, pals and the pal template are included in the SFF, drop issues if you encounter any!

Come one guys, we are just 4 days ahead to the camping end date!!! It would be cool to see this made phisical.. also that way the dev team including me Will may be encouraged to keep doing retro protects!!!!!

sadly there are only 10 days to go and the camping is not reaching the goal as spected.  :(

I want to see more projects like this for retro consoles i hope the camping get to the minimum goal at least.

The music have some mortal kombat vibes and the characters are killer instinct kinda, i really like the futuristic post apocalypse madmax steampunk look for the game.

I hope you post this kickstarter in the megadrive and sega forums all around the net, even in the saturn and dreamcast ones.
Brazilian sega sites are the top ones, followed by french and spanish too.


(Todavia nos debes esas conversiones hd de tus personajes clasicos ehh y tus creaciones no lanzadas, no nos olvidamos de eso aun jajajaja)

those HD ones are still around here on my hdd, the problem is the time they need!!!

This is amazing to meet a classic creator, it's always so fun. This is a really interesting project, I like how it goes even further beyond simply feeling retro, it's a modern retro fighter. I hope other guys here really dig this, this is a neat concept.

Hi guys, its me ahrimanes, creator of B.orchid and Elektra. i know is been really a long long time since my last entry here, i have to say im soo far away from mugen now a days, since life happens you know, i grow up and need a job lol hahahaha. but im still in to videogame industry this is why i came here to anouce you guys one project im on. its Insane Pain, a sega megadrive game now in develpment by BLAST PROCESS GAMES in wich i play character artist rol. and soo here is the kick starter camping trailer video. hope you enjoy it!!!!!.

Something like what the old MK's had.

I'd like to make something like they have in MK9, but I don't know how to work with particle systems too much.  I have to do some research and experiment to see what I can get.

Bleed your work is excelent I can tell just by looking at thoses sprites that the final product will be pure awesomenes..

about the blood i think somthing like this might be of help ??

i know there is too mucho blood  in there but it was just a test for a particle sistem i did in blender.

It's not so bad, I have a method for making the palettes easier.

Make the render from max have easy colors to pick out, like for a green screen.

Cut out the different colors and make palettes for each, then combine them in to a master palette.

The MK1HD project is just like MK1, but the version I code my self is going to have new moves, like the other characters I have on youtube.

that is exaclty what i did for my 3d characters :) it work perfectly the secret is to use totally diferent color values en each "ramp"
men as ever, all this stuff is tootally awesome.

It really depends on the person to tell you the truth. A martial artist can jump twist kick and not fully turn around because of the kick. Even in Ryu's case he doesnt even turn completely landing the final hit. Though you cant see it, judging by how his legs were right before touching the ground you can tell he wasnt going to turn all the way around reason why he was able to go back into his fighting stance afterwards.

well then, i think he goes back to his stance animation too fast, you may need to make is recovery time a litle longer and make his uper body to  make some more move. i mean it seems mel can do this kick with out any effort like he is actually a paster doing it. and for what i know he hasent finished his trynings yet.
