You're asking basic "I am completely new and have no clue what i'm doing" questions. 99% of these are actually solved by you going and finding out without asking us. Mugen has LOADS of resources and the last few questions you've asked we've pointed you in that direction.

It's apparently had no effect. My answer, although not directly helpful WOULD have given you the knowledge required.

There is also a big difference between development help and give me the answer.
