Nice, I like your sprite style, a sort of simplified Guilty Gear.
Any ideas on the gameplay he'll have (GGXX, CVS, KOF, mix ?) and what techniques he'll get (everything till today's manga ?).

This should be a standard for MugeNaruto characters, as it's directed more towards Kishi's art style instead of those damn chibi sprites (which I HATE). Good work though bro.

No, i dont have that game. Im not even owner of PSP.

It only looks like that, because Sasuke's head is so big. I couldnt make Tobi to have same head as Sasuke, because he would look stupid then.
