I can understand why he's broken. (Lol, lvl2 full screen attack that can only be crouch blocked).
But that doesn't stop G. Akuma from being put into certain people's rosters.

actually i just checked and you can block that special standing, download (and no, its still the same wich was posted this morning so i didnt changed the file) it and check it by urself, if thats ur problem its fixed (actually was never nothing there to fix anyway), now stfu
