in other news...the chibi or "naruto" mugen community, up until a few years ago a very thriving mugen community almost completely independent of mugen fighter's guild or mugen infantry or any "mainstream" mugen sites, has completely DIED. i think only burke works is active.

going by chrono's pic: the bg pic is horrendous, get rid of it. move everything closer together, it's WAY too long.
