you need to edit your current screenpack then and paste the logo somewhere
which screenpack are you actually using (and are you using winmugen or RC6)?

im using MFJ (Mugen Fighting Jam) and ya im using no limit win mugen

make copy of :your mugen folder\data\MFJ\sff\system.sff

replace the file with http://www.4shared.com/file/243358745/d5386ece/system.html

run game

hmm i dragged the SFF out and kept the DEF in and put the new SFF like you said
