The Prince of Persia

Hey guys just to introduce my self my name is Ilko and i live in Bulgaria.I don't know the english verry well.
Just wanted to show u Prince of Persia 4 palete for Strider Hiryu by Xzero.
I removed some of the futuristcal elements like robo tigers jetpacks , bombs and stuff like that but it look stupid.
Here are one image of the pal.

This is my first work so dont blame me that this looks stupid.

This looks nothing like the Prince of Persia.

Plus, the palette looks bad, to be honest. Why is there a huge blue outline on the whole sprite ? Why would brown pants have a blue outline, and moreover, why would a flashy red scarf have a blue outline.

Seriously, that guy doesn't even look like either prince and that palette looks like crap. And what will you replace anyway instead of teh futuristic stuff? :/

Ok i fixed the blue outline and now im thinking how to remove that ting on his stomache.

this needs crap loads more editing before it becomes  something other than strider with a pretty scarf

try to hook up with a spriter

This looks...better, but needs some shading and some headband on the head...and the gloves.

It is a project if he's working on it. It's at least an idea if he gets some heavy editing done. With that said, the editing needs some work, because the sprites just got downgraded shading wise, as said already.

Just try a head change, add some details and pallette swap the resulting sprite.

You'll need to do all the sprites, since it's not just a palette change anymore, but first, try to get at least one sprite good, to have a good base upon which to work.

Needs more red on the top and remove a bit of hair. Also, don't forget the glove.
