These are just some videos showing characters I just made recently and will be adding into a Darkstalkers 4 game that I am making will be playable on the PC and PS2..... I never post in these forums however I wanted to find out if anyone would be interested in a part four of Darkstalkers. It will have ALL Darkstalker characters in it... Including a few new original ones and Taki as a guest character. Please have a look and tell me what you think. The game is in the works and WILL work on the PS2. I have to make Dee, Lin-Lin, Pilot, Grimoire, Teromon, and a few others for it. Any comments and or ideas will be nice. A friend of mine is making the screen pack and screen images for it but will be re-coded for PS2 format. Link will be available for the screen pack very soon. The possible game will be made in four months up to a whole year. These links are just videos showcasing some of the characters that will be in it. My Seth from SF4 I made will be re-made and altered to be the final boss of Darkstalkers 4. He will be "Savior"... The avatar of Darkness.... Please message me via youtube and or comment. This all sounds great man, and I really look forward to a Darkstalkers 4 full game, but this is the releases section and without a proper release this really doesn't belong here.

This should be moved to the projects section of the forums.

BTW, I'm interested in knowing how you plan to make mugen playable in the PS2...Is this even possible already?

Also, since you claim your Akuma is 100% done in one of your videos...will you be releasing him anytime soon?

Very strange videos, what I see on them:
-Shadow and Marionette are both morph characters. 2 morphs chars in a same game isn't too much??
-Taki... from Soul Calibur series?? What she has to do in DS?? I think other Capcom characters like Dante or Tabasa/Tessa would fit better than Taki, IMO
-Seth looks out of place in the game, especially when he doesn't look like SF4 counterpart (looks like WH's Geegus in 3D model)
-Why Shar-Makai sprites are on one of morph chars?? Did you ask permission for use those sprites??

Sorry... I did not know where to apply this post since I never do forums. And as was mentioned in above replies... Taki would be wrong to add... Only Capcom then. I have a 3-D Dante in the works..... Also there will be much work needed. And I am making Dee... but the sprites are becoming a bothersome requirement because I do not have the game or the rom for a emulator to rip the sprites... Also mugen can be re-coded to work on the PS2 however it requires a PS2 hard drive and a small minor mod. There have been many mugens without said mod or hard drive used that work on the PS2 however most are exclusive to Japan. There is much work needed for this game to be done. And the Seth I mentioned is one I made however he is not like the actual Seth from SF4... He is more human without the yin/yang or stolen moves from other characters. And to the guy that mentioned having two morph characters being too much. Not exactly... Shadow and Marionette are like a Ryu/Ken of each other. With that and they are indeed Darkstalkers. They were never playable. I want to make them playable. And there are a few U.S Darkstalkers that were never made for the game... I am going to try to make them as if Capcom would have. However, Grimoire looks a lot like Harry Potter but blond..... I will more or less give him a original look or us a D&D Advance Wizard sprite set for him. I hope this replies to all the comments above. The next Darkstalker I am making is a U.S only one I believe like Grimoire. Never was in any of the games. Just a horrid U.S anime remake of Darkstalkers. In the U.S his name is Ship. In Japan it would be Pilot. He will be made very soon. ^^ I thank all who commented and please do not be afraid to say they are junk or anything. If something is wrong with a said character please tell me on youtube. ^^

@Basara: It was like that in the PSP port of DarkStalkers though Marionette morphed into who you are currently facing and Shadow morphed into who you just beat for your next fight.

Actually, the truth of the matter is that Ono, the SF4 head, has kept pushing to make Darkstalkers 4, though so far, CAPCOM has always denied him to do so.

Anyway, looks interesting, and it's high time that Darkstalkers got another proper installment.  If/When then gets released, I'll check it out for sure.

First off... for those who do not know the North American Darkstalkers go here.

And yes..... there will be some entirely original characters. The plans on making Dee has stopped due to the fact he IS Donovan and the game takes place AFTER he loses to Anita and regains himself. There will be many new characters and ALL characters from the series will be in it. INCLUDING U.S.A ones. For story purposes I will be making Savior and a special character only mentioned in the Manga comics... There may be guest characters and will have a original screen pack. Many people oddly enough only know the Darkstalkers in the games and not of the actual Manga series or that awe-full North American cartoon of Darkstalkers..... That is another reason for the new characters being added. Marionette has some of Dee's moves and the reason for this is of story purposes. If you are interested in this more please contact me on Youtube. Other new characters soon to come will be Terramon and Harry Grimoire.... But Harry Grimoire will be VERY difficult to make because of the sprites... Either I must make them myself or find some sprites I can color edit.... The link above says who he is. The character I will make after him however will be like the Japanese version if it was ever made. Since he was a U.S cartoon character from Darkstalkers only makes things just a tad bit more difficult. But none the less... For him, he will be like a wizard of sorts.... Terramon will be like Pyron but different. He is more solid... And to make him good will be even more difficult. If there were any sprites to help would be most appreciated.

That Bishamon is horrible.

Wha?! wha, wha wha??!!! Horrible??? How is he horrible?! There are NO glitches with him His A.I is nearly perfect except he spams a bit..... He has all of his moves from Darkstalkers except the Dark Force.... How is he horrid? ALl collision boxes are nearly perfect... And my Oboro Bishamon is the ONLY one not glitched or half assed. So... please clarify what is wrong with him? He will attack perfectly pending on position of character. His attacks are custom done by me. Did you even watch the video showcase of my Oboro Bishamon?

This video is old and the one minor problem with his Kessutsa was fixed after the video..... I am not understanding why you said it was horrid Dudley32.... Can you please say more on what is wrong with him? If need be I will upload a finished video of him. The one fighting Pilot is indeed finished except for his Dark Force.... But please explain in detail what is wrong with him. Please.....
