Tried animating it, stances are btfar the harest part of a character to sprite in my opinion.

I think the face it's a bit weird, his nose is small or the perspective is wrong, I don't know, btw, good work!

Yeah its the angle of his head really, I haven't done enough sprites of him for that to be a problem though.

Nope tbh it's perfect by todays gritty standards and he'd fit right in with those darker colors instead of the Terry Bogard denim

Well I first started spriting when I decided t make Bluestreak for mugen... so about two years off and on I suppose. Highschool stuff was getting in the way mostly, I guess now that will be college stuff.

Well, that animation for CM Punk took my like 2 hours, for just a few frames of animation. My characters have been getting released quickly because their sprites were already done by me earlier (as in a year or two ago), and I've been updating them to a new style with more depth and color. I've actually been working the same group of characters for like 3 years. I do sprite pretty fast though, to be honest, because I use the hands of other sprites (as you probably know, hands are pretty hard ot get right in pixel form), and because I mostly use other animations as reference (as in I have a sillhouetter sprite of another character that I then draw over in order to get the limb placement right for attacks). Otherwise, it's actually pretty slow going most of the time. I like your sprites, you're pretty talented at the CVS style.

Since I'm a fan of CVS sprites, I like to learn spriting to CVS style in different ways. I have Marancv's tuts, but I'm always lost in that. Maybe anyone who's very talented in CVS spriting, I would need to get a PM whoever's interested.

@SeanAltly: I like your CM Punk sprite. To me, he looks/seems like he's Paul London (appearance) or Matt Hardy (for the head).
