[ReRelease] SFZ4 Lifebar

[Takato-kun]

Hi guys, finally I'll release my lifebar, after years of WIP (and many months of stand-by xD).

First of all, the lifebars will be yellow, 'cause Street Fighter use yellow since SFII (and this lifebars are for my Street Fighter Zero 4, don't wait for this project, is only an idea... since 2006 xD).

The portraits are sprites, may be you will hate me -w- (Also, they don't share the palettes, man, I'm crazy ).

Also, it has the CvS2 Announcer !

In MUGEN 1.0 is only for "localcoord = 320,240", if you have 640x480 resolution, the lifebar has a little bug

The texts (Fight, WIN, etc) are based from SFZ3, but with transparency :3.

Though I must say, the simul. lifebar takes up quite a bit of room, doesn't it?

I only used Paint and Photoshop (to convert them to PCX, indexed colors). Don't share palettes x3
