It's finally officially released and doesn't kick you offline the minute you boot it. Looking forward to the net play of this one compared to 98's as Neo Geo's was fantastic compared to their last XBL released games.

EDIT: I can't personally remember, but didn't the original have select screen music? Stupid nit pick just wondering if it did.

The original 2002 did have select screen music though it was pretty bland.

since not even reading the topic cleared my doubts, is that vanilla kof 2002 (not the um ps2 versions) for the xbox 360, but download only + netplay ?

There's 98UM and MotW too, if I recall correctly.
Also, the new SamSho game was ported to 360.

This game is awesome : ) I have both the japanese versions for the ps2 and now this one. The major differences come in the form of extras. The ps2 versions has galley mode and color edit mode but the xbox one is missing these parts. The xbox version has xbox live version and from the matches I've played the netcode must be new since I haven't experienced any lag to minor lag. Its a must buy for any kof fan since in my opinion it is the best traditional kof out there right now and its a steal at only $10. Plus I need more people to fight online
