@Rp: All she has of Krizalid's is both versions of his Tornado Kick. Now she does have a move from Kensou and B. Jenet as well though.

It's 0.52 version, so it's probably a Beta.

I was really scared when I saw the image because I thought it was from pre-to, really. He's normally the one to make this kind of sprites.

Sprites look like a cross between melty blood and kof.

Way to generalize.

- Definitely not KoF sprites.
- Stand anim loops oddly.
- Misaligned super spark on QCFx2+2P, does 247 (level 3) and has no pushback.
- QCFx2+P same thing but 146.
- QCF+2K does 167.
- DP+2P does 145.
- End of forward dash looks very weird and has blocksound.
- Gameplay not KoF.

Except pre-to tends to redesign the characters. For example, Yukari has a scarf, different style of dress and slightly different hat, and what looks like barbed wire that I can only assume is another gap. Flandre has a cape. Shall I continue?

Edit: Gengetsu is probably the only exception to this rule that I can think of.

- Gameplay not KoF.

Might as well call her MvC Meiling then?

I didn't mean that every creator that did this kind of sprites is supposed to be from pre-to, Orochi Gill, so don't say I generalize here. Also, RP, Tenshi was similar in appearance as in source, so your comparison doesn't really work here.

And I agree, this doesn't feel like KoF at all. And no, please. Don't say it's MvC.

No, the main problem is that people adds effects, sounds and superBG from MvC and claims the character is MvC, which is not. To be MvC, it must have MvC gameplay. That's what's happening right now in Edits. People showing edits that are MvC when they're not really MvC.

It's not really accurate to anything.

Also Krizalid's tornado kick is there because Meiling had that move in the source games herself, though it was rainbow.

Yeah, that's right. I think it was the "D+c" attack. You could charge it too.

Well, it's not a bad character. But I can't seem to do combos with her. :(

When I try to do this, "y, then /$F, x, then D,F, a"; (D,F,a) doesn't execute after I perform /$F, x.
Maybe the character lacks movecontact. I can't combine the Specials with the basic move. :-\
