No, it's not because yours is uncropped. Check it with the transparent color on, you'll see that the there's a border that takes some extra pixels.

The tag to hide the top of the site, is not working properly in Chrome, basically when you tap the arrow, it hides the profile and avatar but not the logo. I think it should hide the logo as well, as it is now, it has floating tabs over the logo.


edit:  other than that, spoiler needs to be reactivated, and the banned people need to be restricted away from reports and moving threads.

the shrinker is not hiding the header, but the div called top_section , ie, the one that has the user data, the logo has been included in the div called top_section where its right above the shrinker in the index.php. I checked the index.php avaliable but it was including the one from the above folder that is inacessible. ( I wouldnt change your code anyway but i thought I could copy paste the areas affected, I dont feel comfortable changing your code without previous warning)
