But why keeping it? I mean I dropped the whole "keep physical stuff that reminds me of X stuff" since I was 15 years old. First is the hair, then you will keep your current TV somewhere because "you lived happy moments with it", then you'll keep your ex-wife because "she reminds you of wonderful times" and so on...

you should learn to detach yourself from materials you keep due to emotive reasons ASAP, otherwise you'll be this guy in a couple of years:

I'd do the same but my hair has always been 3 centimeters high and I dont think I can make a wig from it.
