A question. Should I buy another copy of Black Ops or should I get Crysis 2 instead? Crysis looks fucking awesome, but none of my friends own it while damn near all of them have Black Ops.

Well, let me answer your question with another question, are you a graphics whore? Yes? Then no. No? Then no. There isn't a single good thing I can say about Crysis², it's a downgrade, graphically speaking, from the first Crysis, and the multiplayer isn't as fun as BOPS.

Sure, this is from a PC whore standpoint, the game is actually pretty good but won't last as long as COD if you plan on playing it online. The solo campaign is WAY better than COD's, though.

Ok so it narrows it down to Multiplayer or Single player. Hmm I recommend buying Black Ops for Multiplayer and later you could rent or borrow Crysis for the Story and check out if the Multiplayer is any good

I'll tell you what you should do.

You should get a PC and a copy of L4D2 so I can play as a Charger and ram your ass down the windows.

Crysis 2 has an awesome 12 hour single-player campaign which is replayable and the multiplayer is pretty fun with all the various customization options and you can fit in any playstyle you want in the game without it being underpowered. But there are a bunch of cheaters online who are annoying as fuck so it's bad when you join a game with one of them who ruins the whole match.

CODBLOPS had a pretty balanced multiplayer compared to MW2's horrid balance but I quit it when there was overpriced DLC maps which splits the community (and there's another overpriced map pack coming soon). Don't bother buying COD for the singleplayer.

I'd go for Crysis 2 for the overall package.
