Is there a way for me to have transparency attributes to the timer if I'm using an .sff file?

You mean an sff font? Yes? Just the same as every other sprite. Colour 0 = transparent.

In M.U.G.E.N there is no magic button

They say a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, but it's not one half so bad as a lot of ignorance.

I misworded the question. My bad. But the font has a glow to it so I wanted to put the trans= add thing on it so it won't have those nasty black pixels. Thanks Cyanide!

Not until 1.1 in that case, that lets you use an alpha layer.

Alternatively, do a more global glow ie, one you can place under the numbers that surrounds their location.
