The shading is very average too, as you didn't respect any light source and it looks like the light comes from both the left and the right in a vivid way.

I would say the proportions are passable, not fine. The hands are too large and the calves are too big in comparison to his feet and thighs.

There's going to be an incoming shitstorm probably, but if you think it's bad you should list what details you don't like about it. (I would go much more indepth in what's wrong with it because I can pinpoint what I'm just lazy myself.)
