Even though she's taken, this can be a starting point for me to attract other girls, who are single.
Despite the fact that every girl at my college is already in a relationship, there's a chance that single girls will show up in future quarters.

Not to break this flow, but I've got a chance at attracting girls in the future. So far there's one girl at my college who's seen some stuff I've written and she liked my stuff a lot. While she may already have a boyfriend, there's a possibility that word could get around.

Uhmm...People liking your work doesn't mean they'll end up having a personal relationship with you. I could be wrong though.

Getting a job in computer programming and continuing on with writing the novel are more important.

Both will work out fine, as I'm the only one who is really enjoying programming class and I put a lot of my time into working on the novel.
