Command Moves CMD Coding Help

Hi! This is probably somewhere in the tutorial section, but it's night and I'm too lazy to look. So anyways, how should a command Normal CMD like Forward+B be coded? I'm aware of the symbols and all, but I can't figure out the right combinations to type them in.
