Nope. They would only worok on a 320x240 localcoord.

I'm pretty sure that's still Goku Z2 but with a very creative palette.

Both are SSJ Goku Z2 (it's "whose", not "who's").

They are made by Cybaster and Balthazar; BlueSunStudios made a sprite/colour separation patch available in the Development Resources section; Hyogo made some palettes ( released here: http://mugenguild.com/forum/msg.1844425 ).
