Okay, I have found at the JJBA collection thread at MFFA an interesting list from December 2011 (though no download links):

Char known to exist
Phantom Blood Dio with wangchang as support instead of the world
Strohiem - brocken with full strohiem sprite edit
Cars
New Kakyoin
Josuke - jjba sprite edit not like yutosinen's
Chocolata
Diavolo - not the chibi version

Okay, this is what I got so far:
PB DIo - no idea, since the version I have doesn't have Wang Chang, but I already have a PB Dio anyway
Stroheim - was in a fullgame for a limited time, currently hoping that someone else somehow could save this char before it was gone
New Kakyoin - many versions of him exist already, and I'm not really interested in him
Josuke - I'm already satisfied with the Josuke I have
Chocolata - no idea
Diavolo - seems to be a fake shot, but I don't want to give up yet
So yeah, I would be glad, if someone could verify the rest (the rest as in Chocolata and maybe another take on Diavolo).
Also:

Are this lifebars avaible? If yes, where I can find them? If no, are they requestable and who is the author?

When looking through the code of Kakyoin by Nimame, I saw some interesting triggers, referring to Narciso Anasui from Stone Ocean and Terunosuke Miyamoto's Stand Enigma from Diamond is Unbreakable.

Kamekaze's Rugal XIII has an Omega Rugal mode and his EX Rugal has a God Rugal mode. They make good bosses imo.
