I don't feel much like working on AI today.  Especially after fighting two days with the guarding code.
Even so, I may not be able to make it effectively block low attacks without the AI going into a crouching guard state the majority of the time, just to block standing attacks that hit low.

MUGEN really needs "guardflag" triggering, because that would make it easier for coding AI guarding.
Unless anyone else has other ways that trump the part of Seravy's AI tutorial, where he talks about guarding.
