Camera moving problem

Hi!

I´m working in a char who uses a super calling some helpers (electric rays falling from the sky).
There´s a problem, if P2 moves or he´s falling the camera moves following him, and the rays get back, sometimes in the middle of the screen (it depends of the lenth of the stage, of course)
I know one option is to add more helpers (maybe duplicating the number in both sides), but i want to make the screen stop moving.
I used this code in the char state and in the helper too:

[State xxxx,xxx]
type = ScreenBound
trigger1 =  1
value = 0
movecamera = 0,0

But it doesn´t work
Then i add this code to the statedef -2:

[State -2]
type = ScreenBound
trigger1 = numhelper(xxxx) >= 1
trigger2 = stateno = xxxx
value = 0
movecamera = 0,0

But it works the same way

Some ideas?
Thanks in advance

EDIT: I forgot to say that i´m working in the old winmugen

I don't know about WinMugen, but I know that Screenbound won't lock the camera unless P2 also has "Screenbound," so if P2 is not in a  custom state for you to do this then that method won't work.

There's probably a better answer but, maybe you could spawn a pair of invisible helpers on the extreme edges of the screen with Screenbound = 1

In that case, P2 could be in its own state, so i think i´m going to add more rays in both sides
