The shading is a bit weird and inconsistent. In some places, you've got two/three shades, whereas in others, you've got several.

Can't seem to determine the lightsource. I'm guessing it's from above, but the trousers would imply otherwise.

it is quite fixable . I'm just in a sense even hurried . plus I'm the man who built from scratch sprite HR but very hard for me with shadows.

so I count on help. The very character has their own story , and it must exist in Mugen . but this is my opinion . Therefore gave here some vote. I hope to support my ideas. Nor understand everyone agrees on that. many have taken the money for the sprites .
but for me Mugen primarily Art . Art that can comprehend anyone. And I personally do sprites for themselves and for others
