Um I can't code but damn, these are great SF3 Akuma in CvS, sweet ^^ Super Well Done!
(btw not a fan of the 2nd stance, but hey you did the classic one as well, so no harm done XD!)
Also how did you go about frame cutting? Just left out one here and there, or did you really think about it, how it works ingame?

ibuki have the problem of the frame (the hair  is all the time move ) and i lost sprites

i'm saving these, maybe i'll experiment with them in the future, awesome oustanding conversion, marancv better watch out, someone its doing a very fine job at what i thought only he could do

His head looks kinda funny... it's like bouncing in the animation... maybe because it bounces too fast... try slowing down the animation of his head!
