If not well maybe try your hand at another marvel character or something maybe a weird character like Spiral or Shuma or Oro just a weird character since i guess thats whats missing in this styles.

Well, new plan, Evil Ken is just going to stay as Evil Ken and rather than making an Akuma from scratch I'll just edit DW's version with more stuff since I'm sure his version is going to be awesome.

I will send Ryu and Evil Ken soon for testing once I stop slacking off as usual

it is Gouki with three different version as he have mentioned. He just edit DW's Gouki, a normal Gouki of his own version which might be different from DW, Ex Gouki (Much like his Ex Ryu's setup using SFEX's Tatsumaki?/Tekken Style's Gouki? where he plays like he is in Tekken 7 Fated Retribution and Shin Gouki, I guess. But I hope he makes his version of Gouki edited from DW which includes the regular version.
