Step Through Function

Is there a toggle for the step-through function (Scroll Lock) that doesn't cause other buttons to disable pause? I have two different machines running MUGEN, and on one of them, if I pause (with PAUSE) and press any button on the kb, nothing happens (this is desired). On my other machine, if I pause and press any other button on the keyboard, the game immediately unpauses.

Is this a toggle somewhere or a result of a different version of Mugen?

It is possible a result of your keyboard hardware. I assume both are using the same OS. Some keyboards behave differently. For example, mine does not let me press more than 3 keys simultaneously which is annoying.

One of yours possibly initiates an "unpause" if you press anything else. Doubt it's fixable. If you're not totally sure, swap the keyboards over and see if the result is the same. Or if one is a laptop, plug the keyboard into it and see if it does the same thing or something else.
