Question about the simul.

Anyone know how to change the simul mode where when i lose the match isn't over? I remember playing a different mugen where when i die my partner still fights until he dies but in my game when i die even though he is still alive he does his losing animation and the match is automatically over. Is there a way to change that in the system def or something? When i kill one of the cpu teammates on their side the match isnt over till both are dead and i wanna do that for my team too. Anyone know how to change that?
