what i'm trying to say is i'm making a neomax called kck,it's nao' s neomax,i'm trying to make it my own,but after the state number 7001,the state number 7002 i want to add k's hyper heat driver to it,do i have to type it from it's own state?

If you don't get answers, it is because probably they have no clue what you are trying to explain.

You can change from one state to another state using ChangeState. If the state doesn't exist, then you have to create your own code.

If a move is very similar you can copy and paste it. Change it's statedef number so mugen knows it's new. Use the new numbers in the cmd so the player can get to the new move.
In the new code, change the values you need. If the animation is different, change that. If speed is different, set those values. If hits are stronger change damage in the hitdef.
Once you have all the differences done it's an all new move, but you copy and pasted most of it.

If a move has two parts it's best to make two statedefs. Use the changestate in the first part to get to the 2nd part. If they are different dont do the copy and paste trick.
