Can I modify Ikemen code? It's just for personal use.

Okay, dude.
I don't wanna sound like an asshole, but neither mugen or Ikemen's code are accessible for anybody.
If you wanna make something different, learn how the engine works. You won't get an answer quicker just because you spam the question.

Mugen/ fighter factory can do lots of stuff, you just need to trick it or work your way around the normal limitations, with an alternative.

Same story with Ikemen.

Plan B would be creating your own engine with all the features you need.
