Last one appears to be Kronos' Navampus, but I'm not sure if his stuff was hosted anywhere. Some of it used to be at Mugen History, but no webarchive capture has this one.

I can throw it over if you want, it's like 27mb. There's also his Waga Inochi Kage to Ari, which is the same thing, smaller, but instead of changing based on camera movement, the stage is animated.
