i need this program

[oscar123]

I need a program (if it is not necessary to install it better), that simply takes an image and can deform it. For example, a face and by means of grids pulling to the side I can stretch the eye or any part. I used one like that a long time ago and I did it directly but I don't remember what it is. To be exact I have an aura of dbz and I want to deform it so that it looks upward, it twists a little to the side

Photoshop or GIMP

Although I recommend using a purchased/activated softwares as much as possible since it provides the most stability and features, I also know the hefty price that follows with it so I recommend downloading the now free Photoshop CS3.

Search "Photoshop CS3 Portable" in Google and you'll get lots of results.

Adobe has stated all products older than CS3 is free to use so you won't feel guilty using it.
