Command problem

Say I got 4 skills here.
1. One is used the command "~D,DB,B,a" to activate.
2. One is used the command "~D,DB,B,b" to activate.
3. One is used the command "a" && "holdback" to activate
4. And one is used the command "~D,DB,B,a+b" to activate.

The problem is when the first 3 skills work, the last one doesn't. When I use skill 1,2 and 3, It works. But when I use skill 4, It doesn't work at all. Also, sometimes when I use skill 3, it switches to skill 1 which is really annoying. I tried to check my command list and nothing was wrong there. I really need some help. Anybody know how can I fix the command list ?

Command states need to be in order of complexity.  If they're not, the more simple command will override the complex one.

So...correct order is.
Skill 4
Skill 1
Skill 2
Skill 3

Then to fix your problem with skill 3, you probably need to lower the time in the command for skill 1.  Or maybe just add some more triggers in skill1.
