I started playing Street Fighter Duel, and I kinda like the desing of one of the common enemies called Sanji, so I wanted to make a sprite of him:

Nice colors and shadding!
I'm just not sure about the proportions. He seems really short for this style of sprite/character.

Thanks! and yeah, it was kinda hard to make the proportions using the original character desing as a base, I tweeked it as best as I could

To me what makes him look short are the legs, you can extend them a bit and I think it will look right. Awesome work nonetheless.

He throws tornado fireballs and single handed fireballs.

Somewhat of a lower effort sprite (with the legs taken straight from Ryu), but hey, at least it's animated.

Love this full set. Even if I'm not happy with all the design changes in this game, you make me want to play all these characters
And you really managed to capture their personnality

I like the idea. Never have enough of ADK sprites.
I would have not used these colors, but looks nice.
I think the muscular details can be better... But still nice.

About the sprite itself, I think few minor details can be tweaked, also perhaps the orange can have a variant of shade.
(Sorry, not easy to tell in english) -> Like giving more redish tones in the orange darker shading.

The body propotions are great here.
I feel like she's missing one or two details, but I like the result.
