So i understand AnimElem in the hitdef but how does putting time work exactly?

So, imagine you have a move that is a single state, and the animation has 5 frames, each frame has 5 ticks. A total of 25 ticks.
Using 'trigger1 = Time = 12' in a hitdef would make the hit active only in the 12th tick and onwards. In other words, the second tick of the third animelem.
Using 'trigger1 = AnimElem = 3' would make it trigger in the 10th tick, a bit sooner.

Usually creators use trigger1 = !Time, which is the same as Time = 0, so it activates as soon as the player enters the state.
The hitdef stays active until the state ends or changes, or when another hitdef happens.
