Welcome To My Main Project

History
I've been learning the style for around 3 years and want to share more of my progress and hopefully people who know better can assist me on the style right now as of the posting of this topic have learned a few portraits styles from some kof games like 03 02 02 um 00 and 96 with a small amount of neo geo pocket.

Currently Doing
Right now I am learning the Neo Geo Pocket Fighters style starting with the portraits mainly victory to learn how to draw the body, then move on to the sprites since its the smallest kof sprite style and the color palette is only 3 colors. If you have any knowledge that could help me learn the style it would be appreciated

I edited orochi shermie kof 02 victory screen to have use her striker outfit

DatKofGuy

Her right arm (our left), elbow in particular, looks a bit wonky.

Detective1

#8
Is it the the shape of the elbow or is it the shading of it that's wonky and is there anything else that needs adjustment or improvement

DatKofGuy

#9
the shape, it looks like her arm is elastic and is bending like a piece of rubber.
could maybe use May Lee as a point of reference

Detective1

#10
Ah I see so her arm doesn't look like there isn't any bone and more like the original clothing the art was in thanks for the input and specification it helps a lot I'll post the adjustment later

Here is my adjustment of her arm to look better
