parallax tutorial

hi, could anyone point me towards a parallax stage tutorial that works for winmugen, mugen and ikemen? looking into elecbyte docs, the parameters dont seem to be doing what they are described to do fo vertical scaling.

edit: still hardly anyone comments on yscaledelta in the tutorials. mostly figured it on trial and error though. verctical parallax based on yscaledelta is not working properly if boundhigh < -24, bizarre.
