I genuinely think this deserves a Release Thread with this amount of changes!
- Has Explosive Buffering as well (Credits to JNP, jmorphman/Saikou Shiva for assistance)
- Credits to Ryo2005 for sprites and code references
- Mizuumi wiki for Hitboxes
- Has a custom special move called Earthquake (he plays basically like Daimon)
- ALL CLSN/Frame Data has been adjusted
