This stage......

(Stage displays 00 in the video) Been looking for this stage for over 10 yrs now. Still nothing. Low res with mid super jump. If anybody knows anything or even have a clue of the author, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, man.
I'm trying to help you locate the stage you're looking for, but could you be more specific?
You stated 'stage displays 00 in the video', but I'm unsure which of the four stages you're referring to.
Is it any of the following:

* Forever Stage (by DJ-Van);
* Yuki's Stage (by Winane - edited by xWagnerPlaguesx);
* Onslaught's Stage (by Phantom.of.the.Server) or
* The Great Tree (by Andres Borghi)?

I located the above stages on Mugen Archive, but I don't think I am permitted to paste the hyperlinks here.

It's Winane's version indeed:

I mean... It's in the ending credits, heh.
