How do you make characters secret.

I want some characters to be secret characters so when I beat the game they appear. Can someone help me out on how to do this.

Also How do you make one character a boss character but still playable as a secret character? ???

It's pretty easy, just get to your chars folder, select it and then press and hold the shift key and then the supr key, then just hit ok and it should be done.

I'm A noob at this so (This is going to sound stupid) I don't know what the supr key is or where it is. I Know where shift is, but not supr

Only certain kb's have the supr key.

open it in properties and click hidden.apply and exit.

remove him from the list on the select.def

This is going to sound really stupid but how do you know he will be a secret character? (I know its a real stupid question)

No, heres a tut i wrote on how to get unlockable characters.
1.It isn't posible in mugen.
2.Delete the Data Folder.
3.Create a new folder.
4.Name it Secret Characters.
5.Put the Character you want unlockable in that folder.
6.Right Click the folder.
7.Go into properties click hide.
8.Apply and exit.
9.Start mugen and he will be unlockable.

Well I had herd about it in this already made mugen some time ago and I thought you could do the same here as well.

There is a way but it would only work well for full games.

Heres what you gotta do.

1.Make an ending with a pic of the character your gonna unlock with a password.
2.Make a rar. that needs a password to be opened.
3.Add the Unlockable Character to the select.def
4.Beat the game with the character that has the ending.
5.Use the password you see in the ending.
6.Thats it
