I have a question.I think it goes into this subject.Well when I try to find my sprites in Fighter Factory I cant find them???
I think its the image.The image is a gif file.
If the image is wrong how do I convert its to the right type??????

open it in like photoshop and than save as like png, pcx, bmp....

one of those three....

make sure they are 8bit(256 colors) though...

Alright, this is just main editing question - and I don't know if it can be done in Fighter Factory or any other programe but...
How do I organize the palette? Without destroying the image? Is it possible? I mean, if I want to edit a char, or create one,
I want to know how to organize palettes. Help plz?
