Command doesn't work

Everytime I try to do EX Shoryuken, my character does EX Hadouken instead.

I've checked all the changestates, nothing seems to be out of order, in fact, this is the first time I came across a problem as retarded as this, I don't know if I just suck like hell or if I overlooked something.

BTW, this is GM's Gouki. His characters use vars for about every single attack and command, etc. All I'm trying to do is add commands and make them go to a state that he didn't already put. Eg. I could make EX Hadouken by changing the coding and command of Shakunetsu Hadouken to look and work like EX Hadouken. But that was a state/command that was already there (1700,1710,1720).

Don't know if that plays a part at all, but just something to write in case.

And the rest of the negative states related to 1140 that I just threw in for the sake of it:
Quote[State -1, Varset]
type = Varset
triggerall = Command = "EX_Shoryuken"
triggerall = Power >= 500
trigger1 = !var(38)
trigger2 = var(38)
trigger2 = var(58):= 1140
var(55) = 1140
ignorehitpause = 1

Quote from: Copypasta GM's Ken[State -1]
type = ChangeState
value = 1140
triggerall = roundstate = 2
triggerall = StateType != A
triggerall = var(50) = 1
triggerall = power >= 1500
triggerall = P2BodyDist Y = [-120,0]
triggerall = P2BodyDist X = [-10,60]
triggerall = enemy, numproj = 0
triggerall = p2statetype != L
triggerall = !var(13)
triggerall = movetype != H
trigger1 = var(51) = 10
trigger1 = movetype = I
trigger1 = ctrl
trigger2 = var(51) = [0,40)
trigger2 = stateno = 420
trigger2 = Animelemtime(4) = 0 && var(38) = 1
trigger2 = numtarget(420)
trigger2 = target(420),stateno = [5000,5099]
trigger2 = P2BodyDist X = [0,10]
trigger3 = var(51) = [0,40)
trigger3 = stateno = 225
trigger3 = Animelemtime(6) = 0 && var(38) = 1
trigger3 = numtarget(225)
trigger3 = target(225),stateno = [5000,5099]
trigger3 = P2BodyDist X = [0,10]
trigger4 = var(51) = [40,80)
trigger4 = stateno = 226
trigger4 = Animelemtime(4) = 0 && var(38) = 1
trigger4 = numtarget(226)
trigger4 = target(226),stateno = [5000,5099]
ignorehitpause = 0

I actually have no idea whats in that code because I didn't write it, but yeah.

Does anyone want to lend me a hand and tell me why I can't do EX Shoryuken without doing EX Hadouken instead?

Anything can do, just point me in the right direction.

Thanks if anyone replies at all.

Bastard Mami

since they tend to overlap, the changestate for the DP should be before the changestate for the QCF.

Yes, more comlicated commands must be higher in the .cmd. Higher ChangeState always has priority. For example, "~D, DF, F, x+y" must come before "~D, DF, F, x", and "~F, D, DF, x" must come before "~D, DF, F, x+y". Always try to think logically, like MUGEN would do.

I think I already tried it.. but I'll try it again.

Thanks.
