It looks nice, I hope you consider creating a unique moveset for him.  I would find it disappointing for such a great looking sprite resulting in just another spider-man clone.

Are you planning to make it for MUGEN?

Because it would be a lot of hard work to edit every Spiderman sprite to make it look like that one you have there.

wasn't doppleganger a lot buffer than spiderman?  he definitely is stronger.  he had 3 fingers per hand that were razor sharp as well as the toes.  and he had a venom kinda mouth.

yes, i still have lots to add.   ex. 3 finger hands and toes, bug eyes, and i have to make a custom mouth.    but im out of school for the moment so i will continue this in a week.      i would like to hear ideas from the people who actually know who this character is

- Fix the jaw because he looks lockjawed. Last time I checked his teeth were sharp but not jagged.
- You might want to include the weblines on his costume because it is there in the comic.
- As for the move coding, I think you should find it rather easy. Throw in a pinch of venom, a dash of spidey and if you're up for it: something original of your choosing.

ya about the teeth im hoping someone would help me with that.

and the moves i ve thought about one so far.  and the comics it says that his web is razor sharp.  so he will have a projectile move where he shoots out sharp strings of web from all arms.  it will be kinda like dr dooms purple lazer move where the lazers go every where

Hell would be a good basis for his moves.

About the webbing it would be a good idea to do the same thing as spidey's web but instead of holding have the web do damage as it holds.

With the web spray idea it sounds like a good idea.

Just be sure to utilize the web effects from mvc to your advantage. And if you wish, look for someone proificient with paintshop.

Maybe use the thin string from rolento to create a lethal thin stranded web attack of your own?

Be sure to have fun with it and experiment. Experimenting is how you improve what you know.

I've seen Doppleganger once in a comic when I was younger - who is he anyway? What's his story?
Because the dude looks creepy.
