Can someone resize this. I have tried many programs but cant get it to look good. It was a picture and edited it. I wanna make it smaller so i can put it on a broly sprite im working on.

Well, what programs have you used? (So that we can avoid them...)

Ive used Gimp, Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop and MS paint. When I make it smaller it messes the picture up and I have tried everything.

Hmm.....looks like u used MsPaint well y dn't u just press Ctrl + W in MsPaint and shrink it.

It looks OK in PSP CS2, idk, just, um, constrain the proportions? lol, I don't know what to say really, you didn't say what size you'd want so...yeah...

Is there a program that uses Graphs that I can use to edit images properly? I am having issues with my drawings being too large..good quality..just..too large for sprite images. I use Corel not Paint..paint doesn't give me nearly enough coloring options. The reason my topic is related is because I have debated on making my characters plotline revolve around Broli and his past..so I will probably be drawing Broli's head myself in his non super saiyan form..as well as possibly make SSJ2 SSJ3 and maybe SSJ4 Broli's if I can muster the time and patience to truly learn the art of mugen creation.

K heres what im trying to do. Its still a work and progress. Still needs some work. I resized with MS paint and edited it with photoshop.

well i think adobe illustrator should fix that, just change the line art to vector , i know its good for drawings that are black and white but not sure about those with colour

since you have trouble with smaller res, try to make match the guilty gear or hokuto no ken sprites (or actually, any sprite style  you like, but increase it's size by two). also, get a better sprite editing program, instead of using a regular artwork one.
