AI Difficulty

I don't know if its just my version of mugen or what, but most of the computer opponents are way too hard to beat.  How can I make it easier because the difficulty option doesn't seem to change it at all.

Remvoing some elements in the CMD
Like....trigger stuff? I dunno
Or, some screenpacks, if you go into the mugen.cfg you'll see something concerning "AI Cheat" and change that

Changing th Difficulty makes no difference
