C'est un jeu mugen ou il y aura tous les persos crées par moi ! Il y aura des stages magnifique, un superbe logo et une intro tiré d'un jeu dbz sur PS2 !

Not so confusing. Let me break it down to you.

Ambitious Jimmy wants to create a DBZ game.
Ambitious Jimmy then names all the characters to be in the game.
We are aware of the current (limited) Dragonball/Z games out there.
We are aware that this is all 2D.
Now comes to light of the fact that the large amount of characters mentioned in that list does not come from any 2D game.
As a result, many of those needs to be made, a.k.a. edited from existing sprites or created from scratch.
- Also most of those characters aren't created for MUGEN.

There is only one direction this game is headed.

However, I do wish you luck and I look forward to seeing this game.
