I want help on how to record mugen battles and upload them on youtube.

Am I heading down the path of evil...again?

That made it hard for me to choose from...there were about 3 choices of programs and how to make the video quality better...I just want quick steps on how to record stuff. Don't I have to make them into video files, etc.? I didn't see the help. :P

Recording with SnagIt is what I do. Teh Region feature helps a lot.

I can't even download Snagit for some reason. :(

Does it have to do something with firewall?

I've downloaded it...now I want to know how it can record the sound from my mugen...

And how to be able to upload them on youtube because they're not uploading...and the files aren't too big either...

There's just always has to be an issue. :-\

Whichever one you checked, raise the dial up to about right under the second tick from the bottom up.
Ok it, test it.

You can use Hypercam (I use this, works fine for me) or Camtasia, to record battles/make videos, also. :)

Wait wait...why is it saying there are options mono and stereo mix, when in the recording window there's only Line in and Microphone. :-\

And I still want to know how I can upload recorded Windows Media vidoes on youtube. Does youtube not upload avi video files or something?

Does the Mixer device located at the top when you select Optons > Properties say Realtek anything? And is there a Mono Mix and Stereo Mix checkbox at the bottom of that screen when you select Recording?

No...the Device Mixer says SigmaTel Audio and that's the only option...and in the recording window there are only options: Line in, and Microphone.

That search does not help me much...it just shows me how to record mugen videos which I already know how...what is gay is it doesn't record the sound and neither can I upload the videos on youtube (from what I heard it has to do something with snagit recording videos as avi files)

Am I heading down the path of evil...again?

You can, though. I mean, have you just recorded mugen battles, saved them as video files and uploaded them on youtube? Because for some reason I can't do that, and I heard it had to do something with those files being saved as avi files. :-\

Anyway back to the sound recording thing. In the recording windows there aren't options: Mono and Stereo mix. There's just Line in, and Microphone. What the fvck? :-\

You're boned, then. Believe me, I've tried multiple times, and I can't record audio using the SigmaTel driver.
