Screenpack help needed

i have this problem with a screenpack, when i try to load mugen it stays as a black screen until it eventually gives me an error message

its one of those regular error messages that asks me if i want to send it or not

oh, you mean the error report thing. That happened to me once before. I was a problem with on of my characters. that's all i remember

so some chars dont work in certain screenpacks?

EDIT: ok i got it to work now but i cant get the sound to work

how can i get the sound to work, i added the plugins but the select, menu, and VS screen music doesnt work

It has something to do with the sound recorded at a certain frequency then convert to mp3 or midi file but its hard trying to figure this out.

i got the sound to work now, i just had to mess around with the plugins
